In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system available to all of our clients. Our average response time is less than 2 hours, but please allow up to 24 hours and even longer over the weekends.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses. For your reference, we can provide complete archives and a history of all your support requests.
